Specialty materials manufacturing
Eleven-figure business · Six departments
Work-order orchestration.
I helped an eleven-figure American manufacturer connect six departments across ERP, CRM, custom systems, and documents, replacing email handoffs and cutting order turnaround from a week to less than a day.
"Customer service doesn't have to play anymore. So that part of the swim lane goes away."
VP of IT
Specialty materials manufacturing
14-person customer-service team
Document-to-order automation.
Confirmed after adoption
I automated purchase-order processing for a manufacturer’s 14-person customer-service team, cutting order-entry time by 80% and freeing 93 to 140 hours a week for clients.
"Oh, it definitely takes more than 10 minutes per order. Yeah."
Customer Service Manager
80% less entry time. 93 to 140 hours/week recovered.
Employee-owned pavement construction group
Four-person AP team · Five legal entities
Copilot for accounts payable.
My team and I helped a pavement construction group’s four-person AP team use Copilot across five legal entities, halving payment-processing time and avoiding delayed payments.
"So essentially, these two are the first two payment runs that we complete with no issues."
Accounts Payable Operator
Half the time. Payments move without delays.

How we cut Quantum’s
Azure spend by 57%.
Less cloud spend.
Stronger operations.
Quantum needed lower cloud costs and more reliable ERP operations. My team at Fusion Flow Software tuned its Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management environment.
Database management, right-sized resources, and infrastructure tuning brought monthly Azure spend from $34,000 to $14,500. Automated deployments and improved operating stability made the savings part of a stronger operation.

05 / One connected ecosystem
Everything connected.
Working for your business.
I orchestrate AI, ERP, CRM, custom applications, and cloud infrastructure into one architecture, so customer data, orders, and payments move together and your team spends less time bridging the gaps.

What it feels like
to work with us.
“Diego helped us build confidence and clarity around AI as a tool for capacity and scalability”
Cynthia describes practical AI guidance for a regulated healthcare environment, including risks and where human oversight belongs.
“cutting errors and speeding up sales cycles”
Jeannette describes Fusion Flow Software's ERP changes and CRM integrations, with a more connected sales process and faster quoting.
My mission is to build automation-first ERP and AI systems that make organizations self-managing, without depending on any one individual.
My background is in enterprise software: implementations, integrations, migrations, and the operating problems that show up after a system goes live. Microsoft finance and supply chain systems are a core part of that work.
Today, I lead Fusion Flow Software and work on AI, connected business systems, and applications for workflows that fall between existing platforms. I stay involved in architecture, technical decisions, and delivery.
Founding a company also changes the questions you ask. The cost of a tool, the time spent checking its output, and whether the team actually uses it all belong in the conversation.
